Daniel Lee Howell

My name is Daniel Lee Howell.  I was stationed at George AFB from 1976 to 1978, worked at the golf course, burn pits, dump, and base housing. I was put in the hospital while there for almost two months for an unknown illness, with weakness, heart racing and breathing issues could never say what was causing it.  I have been suffering from problems since I was released: headaches, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, fibroid dermoid cysts, thyroid nodules, environmental sensitivity, hypothyroidism, and osteoarthritis.  We would spray each other with the water while watering the golf course every night, breath the smoke from burn pits and dirt and dust constantly.  Have never felt good have constant nerve pain now.

I am not a doctor, Veterans Service Officer (VSO), or attorney; therefore, I cannot provide medical or legal advice.
